I've had the pleasure and still have the pleasure, of working in and around Chicago and it's suburbs with some of the best food I've seen come out of the kitchen. Being outsourced by firms I'm able to capture the true and real look and presentation of these food items. It has always been a fundamental of mine to try and capture food items in their natural form rather than a doctored and artificial variant of it. To truly give the viewer a look at what they would order and actually enjoy is the sincerest form of my trade.
